What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries.
USA, Canada, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, and Italy.

How long does shipping take?

Within the United States, we offer free 5-7 day shipping on all products! International orders can take up to 7-10 days, depending on location. If you need anything expedited, email us and we will arrange what you need.

What if my purchase doesn't arrive 5-7 days after shipping?

We offer a full refund to all customers who do not receive their canvases within the stated time frame allotted for shipping. If your canvas is lost in transit we will fully refund your purchase and resend your order!

What do I need to hang the canvas on the wall?

We ship our canvases ready-to-hang! You do not have to do anything but pull it out of the box and hang the canvas on your wall mount, whether that be a simple nail or 3M removable sticky mount!

Is my purchase encrypted?

Absolutely. In the checkout page, we use 128 bit SSL encryption on our checkout page. Note the “https” when on the checkout page. This means there is a secure, encrypted connection. Additionally, none of your financial information goes through us.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If your order is damaged in shipping we will happily resend your order if proof is provided.

Do you do print custom pictures on canvases, mask or mugs?

Yes, we can print custom pictures on products (canvases mask or mugs)! However, we only do so upon special request (you must send an email to info@biologyprints.com) and with the following stipulation.

Stipulations:

1. The custom picture you send must be in the correct picture aspect ratio (this of course depends on which product you are interested in and what size). Thus, please send such information regarding product type and size in your initial email to us!

2. Custom prints are very time-consuming to bring to fruition (because of many different reasons), and in an effort to make it worth the endeavor to produce these custom prints, we ask that any slides that you provide, you sign a consent and release form so we can make it into an official product for other consumers to buy on the website. Otherwise, what has happened in the past is that other consumers see these custom prints online and are frustrated they themselves cannot order them.

3. As it relates to the price, contingent upon signing a consent and release form, such custom prints cost exactly double the cost of the current prices listed on the website for that product.
